Menu information

• Menus are not available from 10.30am-1pm and 4.30pm-7pm
• Increment of order must be in multiples of 5 pax
• Food comes with complete table layout with skirting, warmers, and full set of disposable cutleries and serviettes
• Food is best consumed within 3 hours
• Menu is not entitled to further discount, unless otherwise stated
• Package prices quoted are subject to GST
• Orders must be placed 5 working days prior to event date
• 10% Service Charge for waste management, labour & equipment set up is applicable
• Delivery charge of $90.00 ($98.10 w/GST) per return trip applicable
• An additional surcharge of $10 ($10.90 w/GST) will apply for delivery to offshore areas (Sentosa and Jurong Island) and central area denoted by the first 2 digits of the postal code: Robinson – 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08; Marina Square – 03, 17; Orchard 22,23,24; Bras Basah 18, 19
• Surcharge of $100 - $200 is applicable for delivery to venues without direct lift landing, subject to approval
• Surcharge of $100 is applicable for delivery to venues without loading bay,subject to approval
• Delivery to non-permanent addresses (eg: chalet, resort, club, pub & etc.) will require pre-payment to be done via credit card before the event date
• Buffet set-up at any landed property will be done at ground level
• Due to high demand during the festive period, actual delivery time may vary 30 mins (+/-) from the stipulated delivery time
• For cancellation of order, $100.00 administrative fee will be imposed if prepayment has been made and a refund needs to be processed
• Deli Hub Catering reserves the right to exchange dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice, due to seasonality
• Customers are responsible for checking the order and delivery details provided in the order confirmation. Deli Hub will not be liable for any charges made due to customers' oversight
