• Additional $1 per pax is applicable for order on Fridays & Saturdays
• Complete table layout with skirting and warmers
• Full set of disposable wares & serviette provided
• 10% Service Charge for waste management, labour & equipment set up is applicable
• Delivery charge of $90.00 ($98.10 w/GST) per return trip applicable
• An additional surcharge of $10 ($10.90 w/GST) will apply for delivery to offshore areas (Sentosa and Jurong Island) and central area denoted by the first 2 digits of the postal code: Robinson – 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08; Marina Square – 03, 17; Orchard 22, 23,24; Bras Basah 18, 19
• Buffet set-up at any landed property will be done at ground level
• Surcharge of $100 - $200 is applicable for delivery to venues without direct lift landing, subject to approval
• Surcharge of $100 is applicable for delivery to venues without loading bay,subject to approval
• Extra charges will be applicable for buffet set-up on other levels of the landed property (Please note that we will not be held responsible for any damage during the set-up)
• Increment of order must be in multiple of 5pax
• Prices are subjected to GST charge
• Food is best consumed within 3 hours
• We reserve the right to change the dish to another with equivalent value without prior notice, due to seasonality.
• All catering orders that deliver to Non-Permanent address (E.g.: chalet, resort, club, pub & etc.) would be required to make pre-payment via credit card (Visa/Master Card) before the delivery date
• For cancellation of order, $100.00 administrative fee will be imposed if prepayment has been made and a refund needs to be processed
• Customers are responsible for checking the order and delivery details provided in the order confirmation. Deli Hub will not be liable for any charges made due to customers' oversight
