• Only available from Monday to Friday (Exclude Public Holiday & Eve of Public Holidays)
• Maximum 2 selections per order
• Order must be placed 3 working day (24 hours) in advance excluding Sat, Sun. Public Holiday prior to the delivery/self-collection date
• Food will be served in disposable container
• Full set of disposable wares & serviettes provided
• Self-collection is available
• All self-collection orders must be fully paid in advance
• All prices are subjected to prevailing GST rate
• Food is best consumed within 1 hour
• Transportation fee of $45.00 ($49.05 w/GST) per trip
• 5% Service Charge for expenses related to packaging and handling is applicable
• Additional delivery surcharge of $10.00 ($10.90 w/GST) is applicable for delivery to offshore (i.e. Sentosa and Jurong Island) and central area denoted by the first 2 digits of the postal code: Robinson – 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08; Marina Square – 03, 17; Orchard 22,23,24; Bras Basah 18, 19
• Surcharge of $50 - $100 is applicable for delivery to venues without direct lift landing, subject to approval
• Surcharge of $100 is applicable for delivery to venues without loading bay,subject to approval
• Delivery time may vary 30mins before or after the time stated
• We reserve the right to change the dish to another with equivalent value without prior notice, due to seasonality.
• All catering orders that deliver to Non-Permanent address (E.g.: chalet, resort, club, pub & etc.) would be required to make pre-payment via credit card (Visa/Master Card) before the delivery date
• For cancellation of order, $100.00 administrative fee will be imposed if prepayment has been made and a refund needs to be processed
• Customers are responsible for checking the order and delivery details provided in the order confirmation. Deli Hub will not be liable for any charges made due to customers' oversight
